Orders, Payment and Delivery
Orders: For orders, simply fill in the online Order Form or send an email to simplykid00@gmail.com and indicate the following:

Delivery address:
We will send a confirmation email to you to inform the total amount payable, including postage if applicable. We provide free delivery via SingPost normal mail for minimum purchase of $6 for Singapore address.
Payment: All payments are to be made via fund transfer to our account in full within 3 days after confirmation of orders.
Delivery: Upon successful fund transfer, your items will be mailed via Singpost standard mail. We would like to bring to your attention that we will not be responsible for lost of mail for standard mail.
You may request for delivery via registered mail when placing your order with us. Postage fees will be additional S$2.24 to the amount of postage payable via standard mail (for Singapore address only). Tracking number is available.
For deliveries to overseas address, please refer to the SingPost charges here or email us for a quote.
Special services: Special gift wrapping or re-packing services available upon request for the busy parents or shoppers, with additional charges if applicable.
Eg. Re-packing into 3 pcs per pack in organza pouches, birthday gift-wrapper, etc.
